- I was several times a laureate and selected in a number of contests, in which I had participated.
- Several times I joined domestic and foreign group exhibitions, e.g. in Sweden, Switzerland and Japan.
- My work was published in catalogues and magazines (e.g. ‘TextielPlus’) and was exhibited in the Museum of Fine Arts in Courtrai (B), the Belgian House in Osaka (JP), and is spread out in private ownership.
My vision
I consider my work as an expression and a repository of feelings and memories, which I don’t want to lose and have been piled up in the course of my life. I work in private in order to feel ready to expose my work after a long period of time.
It is a separated answer to something, but surely not a ‘statement’.
I’m dealing with the survey of the image within a conceptual context. This can be historically or socially.
Sometimes it seems that the medium is put on the service of the concept. It still remains a survey within the medium.
My motto: There is a season for everything. There’s a time to grow and a time to pick what is.
What has been, is now… and what will come, has already been.
With this in my mind, my work remains a search for a proper identity. Life questions keep me captivated.
The whole cherishes themes like the transiency, the vulnerability of human life, human fate in its touching vulnerability.
My visual works are a necessity for me, it’s something I’ve already been doing since my childhood and I can’t let it go anymore.
