Beside the painting, I like to work with materials, visualising the temporality of time. I’m collecting objects, found items and materials from my childish time.
With wool and felt I can open borders to deepen the thoughts in my work .
By using animal remains (for example hair, skull, skeleton, cocoon, butterfly, shell) and human hair it arises an object in time and space.
The felt forms an alliance with the ‘objet trouvé’.
In that way it cherishes themes of transience and security.
